Who We Are
Girls Run Global is a first-of-its-kind organization utilizing running as a platform for girls to rise above challenges they face. We believe that sport is a powerful — and often overlooked — tool in driving meaningful change and aim to leverage its impact to unlock the full potential of girls globally. With the proper tools, girls are the change we hope to see for our world: one in which every girl knows her worth and capability, and where gender is no barrier to success and opportunity

Girls Run Global running teams equip girls with skills that set them up for success in the long run. We support them as they make strides towards a future they dream of – for themselves, their communities, and the globe as a whole.

Adolescence is a time of immense vulnerability, but also of incredible opportunity. During this crucial point in their lives, we help girls develop the skills they need to overcome the challenges they face and find life-long success

Mentorship.
Girls growing up in challenging environments are rarely afforded the chance to think about, yet alone pursue, their aspirations in life. Mentors support girls’ ability to maximize their potential so that they go on to do the same for future generations.
