Simply by participating in sports, girls are able to develop important skills that set them up for success. We unfortunately live in a world where girls have long been left out of the game. That said, we are working tirelessly to change that by providing girls with the opportunity to run.

Taking it a step further.

It is clear that participation in sport is powerful in its own right, but we take things one step further with targeted skills development activities. Alongside experienced professionals, we’ve developed a comprehensive curriculum for in-person programming that focuses on amplifying the development of certain life-skills already promoted through running. These include things like goal-setting, collaborative team building games, confidence-boosting worksheets, identity development, leadership activities, “girl-talk” discussions, and more. In addition to the activities during in-person team-launch programming, teams regularly participate in life-skills lessons as part of their ongoing weekly training in order for girls to continue equipping themselves and improving skills that set them up for longterm success in sport and beyond.
